Design Process

Whether it be a simple facelift or complete overhaul, our team will take you from initial design to project completion. Each renovation is as unique as our clients are. We offer full-service design packages that cater individually to every scope of work including 3-D renderings, architectural drawings, permitting, vendor bidding, construction management, and material orders.

We begin each project by determining the desired price range. It is our mission to maximize the value of our clients’ investment. By designing a financial blueprint, we set realistic expectations from the start to prevent developing a concept that may be fiscally unachievable.
Functionality is the focus of every project. We know that each space requires its own unique aesthetic. During the Layout and Space Planning step, we work with you to enhance the vision you have for each room. Prioritizing the wants and needs of our clientele is our specialty.
At this stage we focus on the foundations, creating 3D renderings of our proposed concept to present an idea of the following design plans. The renderings provide an opportunity to make adjustments, if necessary, before moving forward. After this stage, we will then produce architectural drawings of the finalized design.
For many clients this step is considered to be the most important. The architectural drawings are analyzed, and the materials required to complete construction are listed out for each area. Materials are sourced on a basis of what fits the functional aesthetic of the space best, assuring an outcome that is both beautiful and practical.

Project Development

It doesn’t matter if you are a hands-on client who uses the completed design as a playbook or if you prefer a full-service approach for your design. At Palm Beach Design & Build, we can take your vision from concept to completion with ease.

Architectural coordination may not be appropriate for all projects but, if necessary, we will execute all of the proper documentation required by your local municipality to obtain permits for both residential and commercial projects.
Prior to launching your project, we will provide a detailed breakdown of all the information related to each installation. Using a structured budget plan, our in-house installation teams, and meticulously selected materials each project will be efficiently coordinated to your satisfaction.
